Hi folks! Welcome to another week of the new NotCentralised AI focused newsletter. We’ve brought it over from doing it for the year at DSAI (Data Science and AI Association of Australia). We’re here to keep you informed about what’s going on in the world of AI as well as our own updates with our AI tool, SIKE. So with that said, let’s get to the news.
Local Highlights
This week we also saw Arturo over in Japan for Fintech week which covers more of our blockchain work with our Layer-C platform but AI is never far. Global Highlights
In the case of GPT4 versus the world, there’s this piece of news from Anthropic about its latest models surpassing OpenAIs.
But there’s definitely been interesting behaviour in the testing of it by others though. An AI self aware of being tested introduces a whole lot more new problems and maybe opportunities.

We mentioned last week that Elon is suing OpenAI and this week they drop their emails between each party showing that Elon was on board with the for profit pivot and saw it as necessary.
